Episonic Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do on the Episonic platform. It applies to all users, all account tiers, and all content — whether created by you, generated by AI features, or uploaded by third parties through your account.

This AUP is part of the Episonic Terms of Service (the "Terms"). The AI Product Terms contain additional prohibited uses specific to AI features, which apply in addition to this AUP.

Violating this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or account termination at Episonic's discretion.


1. General Principle

Use Episonic to create, collaborate, and improve your podcast. Do not use it to harm, deceive, or exploit others.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, create, generate, store, or distribute content through the Episonic platform that:

2.1 Is Illegal

2.2 Harms or Exploits Minors

2.3 Promotes Violence or Threats

2.4 Is Hateful or Discriminatory

2.5 Is Harassing or Abusive

2.6 Is Deceptive or Fraudulent

2.7 Infringes Intellectual Property

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

3.1 Abuse the Platform

3.2 Misuse Accounts

6. Enforcement

Episonic may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, issue warnings, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations of this AUP.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or conduct on the Episonic platform that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to: abuse@episonic.ai

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Episonic Terms of Service. It should be read together with the AI Product Terms and Privacy Policy.
